Today’s water-quality dashboard is free without an account. Neptune Pro costs $5/month or $40/year, depending on the plan selected at checkout, and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel renewal through billing settings; access continues through the paid period. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund.

Full refund within 7 days of the first Neptune Pro purchase. Request it from your checkout email at ethan@projectneptune.co. This first-purchase guarantee does not apply to renewals.
