PROJECT NEPTUNE

Privacy

You can view today’s water quality without an account. For Pro, Neptune uses your checkout email, account identifier, subscription status, billing-period information, and payment-provider identifiers to provide access. Following beaches stores your email, selected beaches, and alert-delivery records.

Stripe processes payment and billing details; Neptune stores subscription references rather than full card numbers. Clerk manages authentication, Neon hosts the database, Google Workspace/Gmail sends emails, and Vercel hosts the dashboard and provides analytics. PostHog provides usage analytics and error reporting.

Authentication uses cookies. Analytics and operational logs may include pages visited, interactions, browser/device details, and request information to understand use and investigate errors. Browser privacy settings may restrict cookies or analytics.

Manage alert choices on the dashboard or unsubscribe through an alert email. Contact ethan@projectneptune.co to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Identity verification may be needed. Billing and operational records may be retained for transactions, disputes, or legal obligations. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account.
